F A T - Part one.

Hmmm…! Well we have discussed the importance of carbs and proteins in the past few articles….why should their estranged brother fat be left out. After all they belong to the same family macro nutrients.
You know what …to be very frank I love fat. No matter what people say I just love it…especially in a woman. In the right places it makes them look ravishing. I love skinny women but I find the fat ones adorable. 
We live in a society where being perfect is given utmost importance. They are always telling, you are not right. You have to improve different aspects of your lives before you are accepted as the perfectly operational cog of the social contraption. Well fuck them. They can’t tell us what’s perfect and what’s not. I think, I prefer a person to be fat rather than boring, obnoxious, snobby, jealous, and stupid. With a head weighing more than his IQ. I would prefer a woman who‘s personality and brain gives me a hard on rather than a skinny who just understands knock-knock jokes.
You must be thinking, “Kiss ass ….are you here to please the fat ladies and gents…so that, they will rush to your gym….with their hopes high”…well yes!
Yes...Yes…Yes…I am here to please them and tell them that every weight loss program is packed with negativity...Telling, you are unacceptable this way, you are not right, you need to change. You are not good enough and you need to be fixed. 
I am here to tell you fuck them…fuck the weight loss programmes. There’s no need for you to dive in this abyss and feel ashamed of your body. If you are not ashamed and feel that adding a bit more stamina and power to your not so skinny waist is going to make you happy and if you want to enjoy a nice work out session, if you wanna sweat a bit before you go back to your corporate jobs, then my gym is the place for you. People who don’t love their bodies are not welcome here. People always say “I want to be in shape…”well round is a shape too. Why be bothered by that. If you wish to develop something enhance your strength, cardiovascular and muscular both. Shrinking the size of your jugs and waist shouldn’t be your primary concern. That’s a by-product of regular workout.
Skinny isn’t always a bench mark for fit and fat isn’t always a sign of sickness…look at those strong men contenders and sumo wrestlers. They are swift as a cat and can give you a run for your money while lifting weights. And I am telling you a nice voluptuous babe is someone nice to cuddle up with. So, the point is. If u feel, the extra fat accumulated in your body is causing a hindrance in your day to day life. And you are finding it hard to survive in this shallow world where body types decide your dating scenario, then I might help you. But people love yourself! that’s what matters the most, if you don’t think you are good, you can’t get better.  Trust me fat isn’t the worst thing a man or woman can be. They can be a lot worst by judging.
