Shut Up.

Hi, many of us during our tense moments turn to Google for answers…it’s like having an all knowing master. A guide a mentor who’s got all the answers to all the questions no matter how weird or stupid they may be.

Apart from that, INTERNET satiates most of our fantasies and curiosities regarding human body. Be it the opposite sex or our own bodies for that matter. Fitness and bodybuilding being few of the most sought after things in the recent past. The questions which are asked frequently are …how to lose weight fast, how to gain muscles quickly, how to get ripped in three weeks, how to get six packs in a month and so on. The funny thing being, the time duration in which people expect to perform these miracles. In this lightning fast age people expect things to happen in a flash. Whose got time to spend years practising and giving oneself time when you can just cut things short, even if the procedure is disastrous on your body. All you want is the result and the applause. How shallow and stupid are we.

The fitness routines which the self-proclaimed fitness gurus are providing online gives
a false hope to a couch potato that, even if he f**ks around completely with his health he can still out perform a seasoned fitness enthusiast in weeks. People come to the gym with their cups half full. They think the newly acquired knowledge from, www.HowToF**kYourHealth.com can help him move up in the gym. I’m not saying all that’s on the internet is bull shit. I know it’s a boon to mankind and stuff, I am just saying, don’t believe everything internet has to offer. A guy sitting in Florida, USA cannot design your fitness routine without knowing you in person and you cannot follow a seasoned athlete’s routine just like that. A trainer has to see you work out and observe your strength and stamina before he or she can actually decide on the stuff he can ask you to do. A lanky fellow following some diet plan and routine some hot shot posted on the internet is a recipe for disaster. Don’t get me started on the diet programme one finds on the net. Ketogenic diet (keto), the Atkins diet or LCHF (low carb, high fat). The main difference between strict LCHF and keto is that protein is restricted in the latter. They are meant for people who have been exercising for certain period of time. It’s not for an idiot who just stumbled across it on the web.

Gathering some knowledge about the shit you are getting into is good, just don’t rub it on our face.
